Shrisay Designers & Developers is located in Patel Nagar, over in the Green Hills area of Ecil. Our address is House No 357/1/2. We are quite close to the New Kapra Municipal office. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise from the main road. We handle both the design and the development side of things. That means we don't just draw the plans, we also get involved in the actual building part. Our office is pretty basic. We have the usual computers and a lot of site maps. We’ve been working in this part of Hyderabad for quite some time now. We know the soil and the local rules around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the city. We just like doing a few projects well. Our days are spent talking to contractors or sitting in the office working out the costs for a new house. It’s a lot of math and a lot of talking on the phone. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we’ve done before. Sometimes the work is slow, and other times we are running around all day. It’s just the nature of the development business. We’re local people, and most of our clients are just neighbors or people from the same side of town. We keep it simple and just focus on the construction work.
