Our shop is at number 2 115 on Road No 5 in Shobana Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for working on computers without too much noise. We deal with all sorts of tech problems. Most of the time, someone brings in a laptop that won’t turn on or a printer that’s jammed up. We sit at the back bench with our tools and try to figure out what’s wrong. It involves a lot of patience and looking at small screws. We aren't a big service center with uniforms and fancy lobbies; it's just a small local setup. We try to explain what’s broken without using too many big technical words. Sometimes a repair takes an hour, and sometimes it takes three days if we need to order a specific part from elsewhere. We keep some basic accessories like mice, cables, and keyboards on the front shelf. The shop isn't very large, so it can get crowded if three people come in at once. We usually have a small radio playing in the background while we work on the circuits. We’ve been here for a bit, and people in the colony know to bring their gadgets to us instead of going into the main city. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a simple one so you can find the right door. It’s honest work, and we like the challenge of fixing something that seemed dead. We keep our hours regular, but sometimes we stay late to finish a job.
