Shiva Computers

Our place, Shiva Computers, is on the first floor of Shanti Nilaya Apartment. We are situated right behind Huda Maitrivanam in the Ameerpet area of Hyderabad. If you know Ameerpet, you know it is famous for all the computer training and tech shops. We are right in the middle of all that action. The apartment building is older, and our office has that lived-in feel. We have several tables set up with computers for people to use or for us to repair. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have fans going. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. We just talk to the people who come up the stairs. Most of our work is either fixing broken hardware or helping people understand how to use their software better. There is always a lot of chatter in the hallways of the building. We’ve seen many shops come and go in this area, but we’ve stayed put. It is a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know the way, it’s easy. We don't have corporate logos on everything. We just have our work and our tools. Sometimes we stay open late because someone is in a rush to get their machine back for a project. It is just the way things work here in Ameerpet. We like the hustle of this neighborhood and the people we meet.
