Shift Operater

We are over at 83 Lig 2 in B. K. Guda. Most people just call this area S.R. Nagar. It is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad. Being a shift operator here means you are always watching the clock and the machines. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but we keep it functional inside. There is a lot of activity around here because S.R. Nagar is always buzzing with students and office folks. We started this because there was a need for someone to manage the evening and night rotations. It can be tiring staying up when the rest of the city is sleeping. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The room is a bit small and sometimes it gets cluttered with logs and manuals. We don't mind it. It feels like a real workplace. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just do the work we are supposed to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that is just part of the job in this city. My team is small and we've worked together for years. We know each other’s habits. It is a straightforward business. We show up, do our hours, and head home. That is the routine at our B. K. Guda spot. Nothing more, nothing less. Just regular people doing regular work.
