Our office is in Ameerpet, which everyone knows is the heart of the tech training and software scene in Hyderabad. It’s always crowded and busy around here. We’ve been doing software work at Sellcraft Softech for a good while. It’s a lively place to work because there’s so much energy in the streets. We deal with coding, development, and sometimes helping other companies find the right people for their projects. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have our computers, some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles, and a lot of empty tea cups. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do solid work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. That's pretty common in Ameerpet. We know the local tiffin centers well. The noise from the street is always there in the background. It feels like we're right in the middle of everything. We have a team of people who actually know their stuff. We don't bother with a lot of management layers. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We like the fast pace of this neighborhood. It keeps us motivated. We’ve seen people come and go, but we’ve stuck around. We’re just a group of tech folks trying to make things work in the software world. It’s a good life, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. We keep our heads down and focus on writing code that actually does what it is supposed to do.
