Satyam Computers

Satyam Computers is based at H. No: 1-5-952 in Maruthinagar. We’re right in the Dilshuknagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a very active neighborhood with a lot of people moving around constantly. Our shop is part of a house, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a mall shop. We’ve been serving the local community here for a long time. People bring in their home PCs that the kids use for school or laptops that have seen better days and need help. We don't have a big staff, so you usually talk to the person who is actually going to do the repair for you. We don't have a polished waiting room with magazines and coffee. Usually, customers just stand and chat for a bit while we take a look at their machine. We deal with hardware issues, software glitches, and everything in between. Sometimes we have to order parts from the main market, which takes a day or two to arrive. We tell people that upfront so they know. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic from Dilshuknagar, but we don't mind it much. It’s a good place to be. We keep the shop open six days a week. It’s just a normal local business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your computer works when you need to get your work done.
