We are in Flat 203 of the Kandhi Complex, located in Madhavanagar Colony in Miyapur. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it’s where we do all our work. Hyderabad is growing fast, and Miyapur has become so busy lately. The Kandhi Complex is right in the middle of it all. We have been here for a few years now. The office is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have computers set up in the different rooms. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass partitions. We just have regular tables and chairs. Sometimes the water in the building runs low, or we have to deal with the noise from the shops downstairs. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out solutions for the problems we are working on. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us trying to stay on the same page, literally. We usually get biryani from the place down the street for lunch. It’s a very local lifestyle. We don’t have any fancy slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just come in, do the work, and head back home through the Miyapur traffic. It’s a honest day’s work in a busy part of the city. We don't really care about being fancy. We just take it one day at a time.
