Our place is at Plot Number C-17 in the CIE area of Balanagar. It’s an industrial zone, so there are a lot of factories and workshops all around us. We deal with technology-related work, mostly on the hardware or assembly side of things. It’s not like those fancy IT offices you see in the city center. We have a regular industrial unit where we do our testing and assembly work. The area is always busy with trucks and workers moving about. Inside, we’ve got benches and equipment set up for whatever project we are currently handling. It’s often a bit noisy because of the neighbors, but we don't really mind. We've been in Balanagar for a while now and like the practical feel of the place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the technical side of the business. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or putting things together. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to get through before a deadline. It’s just a group of us who like working with our hands and figuring out how things work. There’s no dress code here, just people in regular clothes trying to get things done. It’s a straightforward environment and that suits us just fine. We just try to get the work done right the first time around. That's how we've always operated and it seems to work for us.
