Our office is situated in Allinagaram, which is in the Srikakulam district. It’s a smaller place compared to the big cities, but we like the pace of life here. Resourcetechnologies P Ltd has been set up in this area for a while now. We don't have a big flashy office building; it’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on our projects. Most of the people who work here are locals from the district. We spend our days dealing with various technical tasks. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for when the local festivals are happening nearby. Then it gets quite lively. We have a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area we set up. There isn't much in the way of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. We’ve had to deal with the occasional power cut or slow internet, but you just learn to work around those things when you’re in a place like this. The people in Allinagaram are friendly, and we feel like we are part of the local scene. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know who we are. It’s a steady way to live and work, and we’re happy with how things are going.
