Starting the day at Ramtech Solutions usually involves dodging a few potholes on the way to Chengicherla Village. Our place is at Plot No 193 in Ramakrishna Nagar. It isn’t some fancy glass building you see in the city center. It’s just a practical spot where we get things done. Medipally Mandal has its own pace, and we’ve kind of settled into it over the years. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains and the roads get messy. Inside, it’s mostly desks, wires, and people staring at screens. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, just a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is decent, though Medchal Malkajgiri can get pretty hot in the afternoons. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or houses, so everyone knows everyone. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or decorating the office. We just focus on the technical stuff that comes across our desks. Usually, the day ends with us making sure the shutters are locked properly and checking if the backup power is ready for any surprise cuts.
