Our place is at H No 8 48/1, right in the Bachupally Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of Quthubullapur Mandal. Being Vem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. sounds a bit formal, but we are really just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of things. The workshop and offices get pretty busy, and there’s always someone running around with a blueprint or a component. We deal with a lot of precision stuff, so it’s not always easy. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to figure out a tricky problem with a piece of equipment. We don't really have a marketing team writing glossy brochures. We just talk about the work as it is. It’s noisy sometimes, and the air conditioning in the back isn't always as cool as we’d like it to be. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow up around us. It’s a lot of hard work and staying focused on the details. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works like it’s supposed to. It’s a practical environment. If you came by, you’d just see people in work clothes focused on their benches or screens. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we all just sit around talking until it comes back on. It’s those moments where you really get to know the people you work with. We’re just a bunch of locals making things work in Bachupally.
