We are based out of Raghava Estate in Hyderabad, specifically in 109Block A. Prime Software Technologies India Pvt Lt is a small operation. We don't have a giant floor in a glass tower. It’s just a regular office space where we handle tech work. The estate has a lot of other businesses too, so it gets pretty lively around noon. Our team is mostly focused on the technical side. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have long meetings about goals. We just look at what needs fixing or building and get to it. Some of us have been here since the start. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We have a small pantry for tea and snacks, which gets used a lot. Hyderabad is a big city for tech, but we stay in our little corner and do our own thing. Dealing with software has its ups and downs. Sometimes the logic doesn't work out right away. We just sit there until we figure it out. It’s practical work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make technology work for the people who need it. The office is a bit messy with notes and old hardware, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we operate. We’ve been in Block A for a while now and the commute isn’t too bad.
