We’re located in Secunderabad, specifically at Bhavani Residency in Defence Colony. It’s Plot 348, Flat 101. It’s a quiet area, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical service work. We’ve been based in Sainikpuri for a while now. The office feels more like a home than a corporate space since it's in a residential building. We deal with tech servicing, which means we get a lot of broken equipment coming through the door. Some days the place is overflowing with boxes and parts. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re busy, that’s hard to do. It’s just a few of us here. We know each other well and have a routine that works. People in the colony know us as the tech guys. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s steady work. We spend a lot of time with screwdrivers and diagnostic tools. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of the job. It’s a decent place to work, and we appreciate the calm of the neighborhood compared to the city center. We just take each job as it comes and try to get things back in working order. It isn't a big business with many employees, just a small, dedicated team working out of a flat in a residency.
