We've been here in Prakash Nagar for a while now, right beside St Joseph School. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the kids are being dropped off and the traffic gets a bit jammed up. Polaris Management Services Pvt Ltd is just our small setup where we handle various management tasks that come our way. Most days it’s just us at our desks, sorting through paperwork and keeping things running for the people who need us. Hyderabad is usually hot, so the fans are always going in the office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical space where the work gets done. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls for tea when we need a break from the screens. People often get lost finding us because of the narrow lanes, so we usually tell them to look for the school gate first. It’s not a complicated operation. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. There isn't much to say about our history other than we've stayed in this neighborhood because it's convenient for the staff. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, more buildings going up, but our routine stays pretty much the same. It's a quiet enough place to focus once the school bell stops ringing. We just try to keep things organized and handle the management side of things without making a big fuss about it.
