At Photon Infotech, we work out of Flat No: 204 in the Anasuya Residency. It’s in Jaya Nagar, Kukatpally, which is a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad-500072. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit like a home office, which suits us just fine. We have a few rooms set up with desks and all our equipment. It’s often a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There is always someone making coffee or clicking away on a keyboard. We chose this spot because Kukatpally is easy to get to, and Jaya Nagar has everything we need nearby. The residency is a quiet place for the most part, except for the usual city sounds coming through the windows. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just a group of us who know what we’re doing and just get on with it. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the layout. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area, and other times we just shout across the hall if we need something. It’s a practical way to run a tech business without all the extra overhead of a big commercial plaza. We like the independence of having our own flat where we can just focus on the code and the projects.
