We are located at Plot 1170 in the Swamy Ayyappa Co-op Housing Society in Madhapur. It’s right in the middle of where everything is happening in the tech world here, but because we are in a housing society, it’s a bit more relaxed than the big high-rise buildings nearby. Perftrends Technologies started with just a few of us wanting a space where we could work on our own terms. The office is basically a converted house, so there’s a kitchen and a backyard which is nice for when we need to take a breather. Madhapur can get really noisy with all the construction and traffic, but our plot is tucked away just enough. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come here are just our regular partners or people who have been told where to find us. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also spend a lot of time just talking through problems over coffee. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There isn’t a lot of hierarchy or formal meetings. We just get in, sit down at our desks, and start working. The area has changed a lot since we first moved in, with new cafes and shops popping up every month. It’s a good place to be if you like being near the action without being trapped in a cubicle.
