Our place is located at H. No 3-2-523 in Kacheguda, Hyderabad. Perfect Solutions is really just a small setup where we handle various technical needs and repairs for the people living around here. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been tucked away in this spot for a good while. People usually bring us things that aren't working right, and we take a look to see if they can be fixed. We don't have a fancy showroom or a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just us working with our tools. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait, which we don't like doing but that's how it goes. We try to be clear about what’s wrong and what it will cost. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just talk like normal people. Kacheguda is a place where word of mouth matters a lot. If we do a decent job, the neighbor hears about it. We handle a lot of different problems, so every day is a bit different. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shop, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes.
