We’re over in Ameerpet, right near the old Satyam Theater. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know how chaotic the streets are. Our office is room 303 in Sri Ganga Enclave. It’s a typical apartment building that’s been turned into offices. There’s always a crowd of students and job seekers outside. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking on the phone. The lift in the building is small, so we often just take the stairs to the third floor. It’s good exercise, anyway. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a small area for waiting. We don’t have those big glass walls or fancy espresso machines. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. The noise from the coaching centers nearby drifts in through the windows. Dealing with HR stuff means a lot of paperwork and emails. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of people coming in to ask about openings. We try to be helpful but it’s just a few of us here. It gets really busy in the afternoons. By the time evening rolls around, the traffic outside is at its worst. People Hr Enablers(India) Pvt Ltd has been in this location for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the hustle. It’s a plain, functional office where we do what needs doing. We stay busy with the local crowd.
