You can find us at Plot No. 14B in the Industrial Estate over in Balanagar. We are part of the Ranga Reddy district. This area is quite crowded, especially near Kukatpally. We work on different technology bits and some industrial assembly. It is not a high-tech lab like you see on TV. It is more of a practical place where we put things together. We have been here for a good while. The office is just a couple of desks shoved into the corner of the assembly floor. We do not have any fancy decorations. Most of the space is taken up by workbenches and bins of components. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at a circuit board and the next I am helping load a truck. We do not have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who need our help. The traffic around here can be really bad in the afternoon, so we usually start our day very early. We have a small kettle for tea and we take our breaks whenever there is a gap in the work. It is a very plain way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it right.
