Osmania

Our business, Osmania, is situated in the Malkajgiri area of Hyderabad. If you are familiar with the 500 047 zip code, you know we are in a busy, crowded part of the city. There is always something going on outside our doors, with the traffic and the local shops all around us. We have a modest setup here where we handle our daily operations. The office is basically just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't go in for fancy decor or expensive rugs. It is a practical space for practical people. Most of our day is spent talking to folks and making sure the business side of things is moving along like it should. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the nearby stalls because the food around here is actually really good. We have been in Malkajgiri for some time now, and we feel like a real part of the community. We don't try to be something we are not. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a basic way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far.
