Osmania

Osmania is based right here in Hyderabad. We don't have a complicated story or a big fancy headquarters to talk about. We just operate out of our space in the city. Hyderabad is a big place with a lot of history, and we’re just one small part of it. The office is pretty simple, nothing that would stand out if you walked past it. We spend our hours here working through whatever the day brings. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a very straightforward environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big website or polished brochures. We just do what we do. The team is small and we all know each other pretty well. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby and talk about things other than work for a bit. There’s always someone around to help out if things get busy. Being in India, especially a city like Hyderabad, means there's a lot of energy around us all the time. We try to keep that energy focused on the tasks at hand for Osmania. It’s a practical setup and it serves us well. We don't really think about being a company in the corporate sense, we're just a group of people at work in the city. It's a decent place to be for the time being.
