Oms3 Consulting India has its office on the second floor of House No 04, located in the Shamlal Buildings. We are tucked away in Tatachari Colony, which is part of the Begumpet area in Hyderabad. If you’ve ever been to Begumpet, you know the traffic around the 500016 area can be pretty legendary, but once you get inside the colony, it’s actually quite peaceful. We’ve been in this second-floor spot for a while now. The office is a mix of old furniture and new computers, which tells you a bit about how we operate—we use what works. We spend our days looking at data and talking to people about their business needs. There are no fancy perks here, just a water cooler and a small pantry where we make our own coffee. The Shamlal Buildings have been around for a bit, so they have that sturdy, older feel. We like being in a residential-commercial mix like Tatachari Colony because it feels more like a real neighborhood. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated team trying to get through our to-do lists and help our clients make sense of their problems. It’s often loud outside with the city noise, but we just put our heads down and focus on the consulting work at hand. We are just regular people doing a job we understand well.
