Our office is up on the 4th floor of a building on Old Jail Street. The address is 7-1-864, and it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. We’ve been working with solar systems for a good while now. It’s mostly a lot of technical talk and looking at blueprints for roof installations. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few sample panels leaning against the walls, and plenty of wires tucked away in corners. People come up here to ask about their power bills and if solar actually works for them. We give them the facts without trying to sound like we’re reading from a brochure. It’s practical work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Old Jail Street is always noisy, so we keep the windows shut to get some peace. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. You’ll usually find one of us just sitting at a desk with a cup of tea. We started this because we knew a bit about electricity and saw how much people were paying for it. It’s a steady job. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of work to do. If you find yourself in this part of town, you can come up and see us on the 4th floor.
