Our place, Agk Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., is over at Plot No. C- 20 in Mes Colony, which is in the Venkatapuram area. Our office isn't what you might expect from an energy company. It’s a practical workspace where we spend our time looking at technical drawings and equipment specs. The desks are usually covered in folders, pens, and bits of hardware that we’re testing out. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy logo. It’s just a regular building in a quiet colony where we can get our work done. Most of the people here are engineers or technicians who spend a lot of time out at different sites. When we are back at the office, it’s mostly about coordinating the next project or fixing something that broke. We have a lot of conversations about solar panels and power systems over cups of tea. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Venkatapuram is a nice enough place to be based, and we’ve been here for some time now. We don't spend much on advertising or making ourselves look big. We just focus on the actual projects we have in front of us. You might see our vans parked out front, loaded with tools and parts. It’s a straightforward business where we just show up every day and try to solve whatever technical problems come our way. We like being in Mes Colony because it’s out of the way of the main city chaos.
