Oak-Net (P) Ltd.

Oak-Net is situated on the second floor of Plot No. 16 in New Vasavi Nagar. It’s a relatively quiet part of town, which suits us just fine. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, a small pantry area, and a lot of networking equipment. It's not the kind of place you'd see in a magazine, but it’s functional and comfortable for the staff. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a little over the years. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it's fixing a router or handling some paperwork. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just work together to get the job finished. We don’t go for the corporate talk or fancy titles. Most of us show up in jeans and just get to work. The light in the office is okay during the day, though we usually have the lamps on when it gets cloudy. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for a bit of exercise I suppose. We like the fact that it's a straightforward environment. No one is trying to be something they aren't. We just focus on keeping the network running and dealing with the technical tasks that fill our days. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living for a small team like ours.
