Our office at Hno:B23/595 is a modest place. It is basically a converted building where we have set up our workstations. The area around here is mostly residential, so it is quieter than being in the middle of Hyderabad. We like that because it helps us concentrate. The office inside is pretty basic. We have rows of desks, some whiteboards that never get fully erased, and a lot of old magazines in the waiting area that nobody reads. We are a small team and we like to keep it that way. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark during our calls, which can be a bit annoying, but that’s just life in the colony. We work hard, but we don’t pretend to be something we are not. We are just a software shop doing our thing day in and day out. If something breaks, we fix it. If a project is hard, we stay until it is finished.
