M/S.Max Solutionz is based at H.No:30-697 in Vinayak Nagar, which is part of the Malkajgiri area. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so it feels very local and grounded. Our office is just a regular building like the ones next to it. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythms of the street. In the mornings, you can hear the milk delivery and people heading out to work. Our workspace is simple. We have enough chairs for everyone and a small area where we can sit and eat our lunch. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for making tea. The address might be a bit hard for delivery drivers to find the first time because the numbers can be confusing, but we usually just tell them to look for the landmark nearby. Working in Malkajgiri means we don't have to deal with the crazy traffic of the main city center every single day. It is a bit more relaxed here. We spend our hours looking at screens and talking through various tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and other times we leave right on time. We don't have any big corporate rules about how to sit or dress. We just show up as ourselves and do what needs to be done. The fans hum all day and we keep the door slightly ajar for some breeze.
