Our office for Moldtek Technologies is situated in Secunderabad, right at the c/o G.Garappa address. Being in the 500015 zip code area means we are right in the middle of things here in this part of Andhra Pradesh. It is a very practical setup we have going on. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. The desks we use are functional and the coffee we make is usually kept pretty strong to get us through the afternoon. Most days, we are just focused on the various projects sitting on our desks. Secunderabad is a good place to work because it feels a bit more grounded than some of the newer, flashier parts of the city. We have been operating from this same location for a good while now. Most people in our circle know the address by heart. We do not really do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. We have always found that if you do the work the right way, people end up finding you anyway. It is a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. The team here is relatively small and we all know exactly what our roles are. There is no real need for any complicated corporate structures or big hierarchies. We just get on with the task at hand and try to stay as organized as we can. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we are all talking to each other about what we have planned for the weekend.
