We are located out on Suthari Guda Road in Medchal, specifically at Plot No 25/P. Being a bit further out from the city center means we have a bit more space, but getting supplies can sometimes take a little longer. We work on various technology-related parts and general engineering jobs. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, which is always a bit of a mess for the trucks. Inside the workshop, we have a few rows of benches and some specialized machinery. We don't have a fancy showroom; it is mostly just workbenches, tools, and crates of finished products. Most of the people working here have been in this trade for a decade or more. We talk more about the work than anything else. Lunch breaks are usually taken together on the small porch area out front. We find that Medchal is a good place to be because there is a lot of new development happening. We’ve had to adjust our working hours a few times because of the transport schedules for our workers. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is treated correctly. If there is a problem with a design, we just sit down with a pencil and paper and try to work it out until it makes sense. We don't use much software, just old-fashioned experience and a bit of trial and error sometimes.
