Maxil Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is based at H No 11-1-315/A, specifically in unit 301 of Karthik Towers. We are in the Mylargadda area of Seethapalmandi in Secunderabad. It’s a sturdy building and being on the third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise below. Secunderabad has its own rhythm, different from Hyderabad, and we like being here. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work and solving problems for our clients. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are a smaller team that knows each other well. The office is full of computers and cables, which is pretty standard for a technology firm. We don't go for the "modern" office look, we just care that the AC works and the lights stay on. People in the building are friendly, and we often chat with the neighbors during lunch. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. There’s no marketing spin here, just technical folks doing their jobs. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave a bit early when things are quiet. It’s a fair way to work. We’ve been in Karthik Towers for a while now and it feels like home to us.
