Our office for Makrotechnologies Pvt Ltd is tucked away at H.No 12-8-335 in Allugaddabavi. Being in Hyderabad-500017, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace, so it feels more comfortable than those glass buildings you see downtown. We have our computers set up and wires running everywhere, which is pretty typical for a tech place like ours. The team spends most of the day staring at screens, but we take breaks to chat or grab a snack from the kitchen. It’s not a very formal environment. Most of us show up in casual clothes and just get started on whatever project is currently on the list. We’ve had some long nights here when things weren't working right, but that's just part of the job. The neighbors are used to us by now, even though we probably look a bit different from the other houses on the street. It’s a good spot because it’s quiet enough to concentrate but close enough to the main parts of Hyderabad when we need to go out. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a place where we do our technical work and try to keep things running smoothly. We like the way it is here, and we don't feel the need to change much about how we operate on a daily basis.
