Our office is tucked away in Manikanta Sai Sudha Apartments, specifically at Shop No 3. If you find the lane beside Meena Cafe in Warasigunda, you're pretty much there. It's Secunderabad 61. We spend our days looking at papers and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It’s a small room, but we make it work for us. There’s always a stack of resumes on the table and the phone usually rings more than we’d like it to. We try to help folks find a place to work, mostly in KPO and back-office stuff. It’s not a fancy corporate recruitment firm with glass walls and uniforms. We have some old chairs and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The neighborhood is very lively, especially with the cafe right nearby, so there’s always a bit of a smell of tea and snacks in the air. We know the local people around Warasigunda well. Sometimes we just sit and have a chat with whoever walks in, even if they aren't looking for a job that day. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people show up at once. We don't have a big marketing team, just a small sign and word of mouth from people we've helped before. It's honest work helping people find their way into a career. We've been at this address for a good bit now and it feels like home. We just keep things moving, one person at a time.
