Kopal Computers

If you have ever been to Kopal Computers at the Chenoy Trade Centre in Secunderabad, you already know how busy and crazy that place gets. We are located at Shop 68 on the ground floor. It is a pretty small space, but we manage to pack it full of computer parts, motherboards, and all sorts of cables. Most days you will find me hunched over a small desk fixing a broken laptop or trying to recover some photos from a dead hard drive for a customer. It is always noisy in the mall with people shouting and the constant sound of printers being tested nearby. We have been here in CTC for a very long time now. We know all the other shop owners and where to get the best spare parts. We are not a big showroom like the ones you see in the fancy new malls. We just have metal shelves with hard drives and monitors piled up. People come to us when their computer won't turn on or they just need a cheap upgrade to keep their old machine running for a few more years. We do not use much fancy technical talk with our customers. We just tell you what is broken and exactly how much it will cost to fix it. Some days it gets so busy we do not even have time for a proper lunch until very late.
