We are located at Akbar Manzil in Prakash Nagar. The address is 1-8-506/1/A/1, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you finally get here. Begumpet is always a bit of a mess with the traffic, but our corner is okay once you are off the main stretch. We do tech work, mostly fixing things or putting systems together for people. The building is an older one, so it has its own character and some odd corners. Inside, we have got shelves full of old motherboards and spare parts that we might need one day. It is not a shiny showroom like the ones you see in the malls. It is more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty with the hardware. There are usually three or four of us around, depending on how much work there is. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the repairs. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit ironic for a tech place, but we manage to get through it. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we have stayed put in the same spot. It is a busy place with people coming in to drop off their laptops or just ask for advice on what parts to buy. We do not use any scripts or fancy sales talk here. We just tell people what is wrong with their gear and how long it will take to fix.
