We operate out of Plot No. 215 in Janaprya West City. It's over in the Miyapur area of Hyderabad. Most of what we do involves technical repairs and maintenance work for people in the neighborhood and some businesses nearby. It started as a small operation and it still feels that way. We have our tools and a small workspace where we handle the calls that come in. Some days it's fixing one thing, and the next day it’s something completely different. That's the nature of technical services, I guess. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working with machinery and cables. If you walk past the plot, you might see us moving equipment around or loading up the van. It’s a quiet part of the city compared to the main roads. We like it that way because it gives us space to focus. We’ve been in Hyd-049 for a good amount of time now. People usually find us by word of mouth or seeing our sign. We don’t do much talking, we just get the job done and move on to the next one. Sometimes things take longer than expected if a part is missing, but we try to be honest about the time. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. There is always a pile of gear in the corner waiting for a fix.
