We run Kaashyap Technologies Pvt Ltd out of an apartment. It’s Flat 301 in the Prithvi Ashray Apartments, on Plot 22 in Secunderabad. Working from an apartment building makes everything feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office park. We’ve got the 500 015 pin code here in Andhra Pradesh. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which helps us concentrate on our work. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby. You just come up to the third floor and find us there. Most of our days are spent at our desks handling tech stuff. We aren't a massive team, just a few of us who know the business well. We like the fact that it’s a bit tucked away from the main road. It’s not flashy, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs instead. The neighborhood is decent, and there are some good places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. We don't really go in for big corporate talk or polished presentations. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take two days, we say it takes two days. It’s a very grounded way of running things. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
