Our office is located at F-5/A on Road No. 16 in the Jeedimetla area. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for some time, right in the middle of Phase-I Ida. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. Most of the people working here at Cimtech Systems have been with us for a long time. We handle different types of systems and technical setups for various clients. It's a lot of hands-on work, so you'll often see someone with grease on their hands or looking at a complicated drawing. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we spend our hours making sure the equipment is running the way it should. The road outside can get pretty crowded with trucks and lorries, especially in the afternoons. It makes getting in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We started this company because we liked solving technical problems. We didn't really have a big plan, we just took one project at a time. It’s grown since then, but we still try to keep that small-business feel. We talk to each other directly, no layers of management or anything like that. Just a group of people trying to do a good job in a busy industrial zone. Sometimes we get things wrong, but we always try to fix it before the day is over and head home to our families.
