You can find us at Flat No 101 in the Sai Baba Enclave. It’s right there in Shantideep Colony, which is part of the Karkhana area in Secunderabad. Being in an apartment complex makes the office feel more like a home than a workplace. We’ve been running Jain Solutions from this flat for several years. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage fine. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee and tea. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. We do a lot of back-office work and consulting. It involves a lot of reading and typing. We aren't the type to use a lot of business jargon. We just speak plainly with each other. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs to the first floor. It’s good exercise anyway. We’ve got a couple of plants by the window that someone remembers to water once in a while. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small team that knows each other well. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep everything organized. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We usually finish up around six and head out before the evening traffic gets too bad.
