Jain Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in Secunderabad, at Flat No. 304 in the Sri Sai Venkatraman Residency. It’s in the Santoshima Nagar area, which is a fairly quiet residential part of town. Working out of an apartment building is a bit different than a big office park, but it works for us. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our tea breaks. It feels a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We handle different kinds of technical tasks and solutions for people who need them. Most of our day is spent staring at screens and trying to figure out why something isn't working the way it should. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the occasional sound of neighbors in the hallway. We chose this spot in Secunderabad because it was convenient and didn't feel too clinical. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you just ring the bell at 304. We’ve been here for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same. We get our work done, talk about our plans, and head home when the sun sets. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall, just a bunch of cables and a few desks where we try to solve problems one by one.
