We run Itminds Solutions Private Limited from No 40 in Royal Enclave. This is over in New Bowenpally, which is a decent area in Hyderabad-500009. Our office is basically a house that we converted into a workspace. It feels a bit more personal that way. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see a bunch of us at our desks with wires everywhere. We handle various tech solutions and manage our daily chores. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which we appreciate when we have a lot of thinking to do. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, but it doesn't bother us much. We have been in Telangana for several years now. Our routine is pretty standard. We get in, check the servers, and see what the plan for the day is. There isn't a lot of management layering here. If something needs doing, someone just does it. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea in the corner for when the afternoons get long. It is a practical way to run a business. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of our focus goes into making sure the work is done right. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
