We are located in Flat No-102 at Shivam Apartments. The building sits on Plot No 34 and 35 in the LIC Colony area of West Maredpally. Secunderabad has a lot of these older, quiet residential colonies, and we really like being in one. It’s not like being in a big office tower where you don’t know anyone. Here, we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. The flat is on the first floor, so it’s easy to get to. We’ve set up the rooms with desks and some shelving for all our files. It’s a bit cozy, especially when we have meetings, but it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small plate with the name. Maredpally is a nice place to be based because it’s central but doesn't feel as frantic as other parts of the city. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. There is a lot of light coming through the windows in the morning. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a residential apartment. We don't have fancy perks or a gym, just some good coffee and a quiet place to think. That is basically how we operate day to day.
