It Associate

It Associate is located right at Plot No. 191 in Suraksha Hills. It's T. Srinath’s spot, and we've been operating out of here in Chandanagar for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up the hills but the view is decent if you stop to look. We aren't some massive firm with hundreds of people. It’s more of a personal setup where we handle things as they come. Being in Hyderabad, specifically this part of Andhradesh, means we’re tucked away from the main city noise. The office is basically just a few rooms with enough space for our gear and a couple of desks. T. Murali’s family has been around here for years, so most people know the address well enough. We don't have a secretary or a fancy water cooler. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us sitting at our desks working on whatever is on the schedule for that day. The neighborhood is mostly houses, which makes it a quiet place to focus. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or big meetings. We just get the tasks done and go home when we are finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs it, but mostly we stick to a regular day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the independence of being here in the hills. It works for us and the people we help out.
