Invensys Development Centre

The Invensys Development Centre is located at Ibrahim Compound on Subhash Road in Uchila, which is in the Udupi district of Karnataka. It’s a bit of a different pace here compared to the big cities. We are situated in a more relaxed area, but we still keep quite busy with our development work. The compound is easy to find if you are familiar with Subhash Road. We’ve set up our workstations in a way that lets us focus without too much distraction. It’s a practical space, mostly just computers, cables, and a lot of coffee cups scattered around. We spend our days writing code and testing things out to make sure they work. The staff here mostly comes from the surrounding villages and towns in Udupi. We like being in Uchila because it’s not as crowded as Mangalore or Bangalore. Sometimes we have power cuts, but we have our backups to keep the computers running so we don't lose our progress. There isn't anything flashy about our office. It’s just a place where people who know about technology come to work together. We don't really have a big front desk or a marketing person. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to get our projects finished without too many bugs. It’s a quiet way of working but it suits our needs and the type of development we do.
