Intelligroup

We’re located over in the 500047 area of Hyderabad. It’s a residential-feeling part of the city, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. Intelligroup is the name on the gate. We’ve been here for several years now, just doing our thing. The office is basically just a converted house, so there’s a porch where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice. We don't have any flashy signs or neon lights. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of papers. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, it gets a bit messy. That’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We don't have a canteen, so we all bring lunch from home and eat together in the main room. It’s a simple life. We don’t talk much about big goals or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the tasks for today are finished by this evening. Some of the neighbors stop by to chat sometimes. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of rules. We just show up, do the work, and try to do it right the first time. It is a decent living.
