We work out of a flat in Lingampally. It is Flat A-5 on the second floor of the Souundarya Classic building. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which is fine by us. We spend most of our hours sitting in front of screens writing code and solving bugs. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, though you can hear the local traffic at the main junction sometimes. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea throughout the day to keep us going. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of wires. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we open the balcony door. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people who enjoy building software. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it is just jeans and t-shirts. The building has some other families living there too, so we try to keep the noise down. It is a practical place to work for a team like ours. We have everything we need right here. Lingampally is a good area because it is not as crazy as the main city parts. We just focus on our work and try to get things right for the people we help. It is a simple life of coding and drinking tea.
