Innova Sloutions Pvt Ltd is located at H. No. 16-2-738/4/5/45 in Asmangadh, Newmalkpet. Hyderabad is where we’ve always been. The house numbers around here are a real mess, so people usually get lost the first time they try to find us. We just work out of this space in Newmalkpet. It isn't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more like a regular house that we’ve filled with desks and computers. We do what the name says, providing solutions, though most days it just feels like we’re solving one small problem after another. There are four or five of us usually. We started this a few years back because we needed something to do. The area gets pretty crowded with traffic, especially near the main road. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the fan humming. We don't have a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. Sometimes we have tea on the small porch when the weather isn't too hot. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing person. We just take the work as it comes and try to finish it by the end of the day. It’s a simple way to run things. We’ve got a lot of old files stacked in the corner that we really should go through one day. But for now, we just keep working on the current stuff and try to stay organized.
