Innotech. You can find us over in the Electronic Complex at Kushaiguda. We are in Plot No. 38B on the second floor. This whole area is packed with workshops and little factories making all sorts of things. You can always hear the sound of machines or someone welding nearby. We focus on our technical tasks here, mostly related to electronics and assembly. The office is pretty basic and doesn't have much in the way of style. We have some long benches for putting things together and a few old computers for the design work. It’s a functional place above all else. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting issues or testing new batches. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project gets complicated. There’s a small tiffin center down the road where most of us get our lunch. The ECIL area gets really crowded during the shift changes at the bigger plants. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a place where things actually get built. We handle different types of hardware every day. The floor is just plain concrete and the windows are large enough to let in the bright afternoon sun. It gets pretty hot during the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't spend money on fancy furniture. Most of it goes into our tools and equipment. It's just a practical way of doing business.
