India Domain Web Services Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of the White House building in Begumpet for quite some time. We are in Suite No. 101, which is on the first floor. Begumpet is always busy, with traffic moving constantly outside, but our office feels like a different world once you step inside. It’s an old-school professional building, and we’ve made our space comfortable enough for the long hours we spend here. We deal with domains and web services, which sounds technical, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to anyone. There are a few of us who have been here for years, so we’ve seen the internet change completely since we started. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and mugs. We don't have a big corporate structure where you have to go through five people to get an answer. If someone has a question about their website, they just call us up and we look into it. It’s a steady pace of work. We don’t do much in the way of advertising ourselves; most people find us because they’ve known us for a long time or someone they know told them to come here. It is a bit of a maze to find the right suite the first time, but once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward. We just focus on keeping things running and helping people get their stuff online without any unnecessary drama.
