Iglily Solutions Pvt.Ltd is currently operating out of a space C/O Devi Womens Hostel in Secunderabad. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, but it works for us right now while we grow. We are a small team and we don't need much more than a few desks, our laptops, and a decent internet connection to get our work done. Secunderabad is where we’ve set our roots, and being associated with the hostel location makes us pretty easy to find for people in the area. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a gym or a cafeteria. We mostly just bring our own lunch in tiffins or grab something quick from the nearby food stalls. The atmosphere inside is very informal. We might be wearing jeans and t-shirts most days because there’s no one to impress but ourselves. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay out of the way. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around, especially given the hostel and the surrounding businesses. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. We just rely on doing our work well and keeping things moving. It’s a very grounded, no-nonsense way of running a business in a busy city like this. We are just a few people trying to make it work.
