Idha Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is on the 1st floor of a building in Madhusudan Nagar, Malkajgiri. The address is 13-199/29/1, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get to the street in Hyderabad. We’ve got a decent setup here with enough computers for the whole team. Malkajgiri is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there are always people moving around outside. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a breeze if we open the windows, though the city noise comes in too. We do software consulting, which mostly means we sit in front of screens for eight or nine hours a day. It’s a small group of us, mostly people who studied nearby or moved to Hyderabad for tech work. We don't have a canteen, so we usually go out to the local mess or bring boxes from home. The office decor is just some plain walls and a few whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we understand. We don't really have a 'corporate culture' per se. We just work on our projects, help each other out when someone gets stuck on a bug, and try to finish things on time.
